Ramadan Services

Many Muslims living in rural areas are not fully aware of the significance of Islamic festivals, leading them to miss out on celebrating Eid Al Fitr and Eid Al Adha. Instead, they tend to follow the religious festivals of non-Muslim groups present in their communities, such as Christian missionaries, Hindu neighbors, or the Ahmadiyya community. The MTKN trust has identified this issue and taken steps to address it by organizing Iftar and Eid food packages during Ramadan and distributing Qurbani meat during Eid Al Adha. This initiative helps raise awareness about Islamic festivals and encourages the community to participate in them.

Allhamdulillah, the Muslims in these areas are now gaining a deeper understanding of their responsibilities towards Allah (SWT) and are gradually beginning to fulfill their religious obligations. The trust has worked diligently to educate the community on the importance of fasting and has played a pivotal role in ensuring that the Muslims observe fasting during the sacred month of Ramadan. Furthermore, the trust has focused on reinforcing the foundational principles of Islam, particularly through the practice of fasting. By providing essential support to the Muslim families in rural areas throughout Ramadan, the trust has strengthened the community’s faith and commitment to their religious duties.

Iftar & Dinner:

During Ramdan 2024, more than 10,797 fasting individuals received Iftar or Iftar combined with dinner in 316 different villages.

EID FOOD PACK:

Our brothers and sisters in rural areas are truly deserving of our compassion and support. In this spirit, the Majlis-e-Tahaffuz Khatme Nubuwwat Trust takes the initiative to distribute food packages during the final ten days of Ramadan. Each package contains 2 kilograms of rice, the ingredients for preparing sheer khurma, and some funds to purchase meat.

For Eid Al Fitr 2024, the MTKN trust distributed Eid food packages to 500 Muslim households across various villages.
